Just reach out to our support team to get your official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return instructions. A quick heads-up: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For all intimate apparel and bodysuits, hygiene safety seals must be 100% intact to qualify!

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

We love treating our shoppers, so standard shipping within the United Kingdom is completely FREE! Our team takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to perfectly pack and inspect your order. From the date of purchase, total delivery typically takes 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday).

Oh no! If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include a quick description and a few clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a perfect replacement for you at no extra cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this timeframe, our fulfilment team is already working their magic on your package, and cancellation is no longer possible. If you need to cancel, please email support as quickly as possible!

How do I know if an item is available?
