Clauna is committed to offering high-quality apparel and excellent customer satisfaction. To ensure confidence in your purchase, we provide a 12-month limited warranty on all eligible clothing products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, how to make a warranty claim, and the responsibilities of both parties.
1. Warranty Period
All eligible products purchased directly from Clauna come with a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date the carrier marks the order as delivered. During this warranty period, Clauna will replace, repair, or refund items that meet the warranty conditions described in this policy.
2. What the Warranty Covers
Our 12-month warranty specifically covers defects that arise from manufacturing and production errors, including:

Manufacturing & Structural Defects: Faulty stitching or unraveling seams upon arrival or early use; broken or defective hardware (e.g., zippers, clasps, or hooks).

Defective Craftsmanship: Incorrectly attached straps or bands; quality control issues missed during our inspection process.
If the issue qualifies, we will provide:

A refund (if a replacement is out of stock or unavailable).
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Because apparel experiences natural degradation over time, this warranty does not apply to:

Improper Care: Damage from improper washing, drying, or ironing (e.g., heat damage or shrinking due to ignoring care labels).

Accidental Damage: Tears, snags, or rips caused by physical impact or catching on sharp objects.

Normal Wear and Tear: Pilling or thinning of fabric from regular friction; natural fading of colours over time; degradation of elastic bands after regular use.

Unauthorized Modifications: Alterations or custom tailoring made by the customer or a third party.
4. Warranty Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for warranty service, the customer must provide:

Valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, email confirmation).

Clear photo or video evidence of the manufacturing defect.

A detailed description of the issue.

Note: Only purchases made directly via clauna.co.uk are eligible.
5. How to File a Warranty Claim
Step 1 — Contact Clauna Support Email: support@clauna.co.uk Subject line: “Warranty Claim — Order #[Your Order Number]”
Step 2 — Claim Review Our support team will review the claim within 1–3 business days. We may request additional details or footage.
Step 3 — Approval & Resolution Once evaluated, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will ship a replacement for free. If the garment must be returned for inspection, Clauna will provide a prepaid return label.
6. Warranty on Replacement Items
Clothing items replaced under warranty are covered only by the remaining warranty period of the original purchase. They do not receive a fresh 12-month warranty.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Wash and care for the garment strictly according to the provided care instructions.

Report defects as soon as they appear.

Not misuse or intentionally damage the product.
8. Items Damaged on Arrival
If your apparel arrives damaged due to shipping:

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the damaged packaging and the item.

We will send a replacement free of charge. Damage reported after 48 hours may not qualify for transit-related claims.
9. Fraud Prevention
Clauna reserves the right to deny warranty claims that show evidence of product misuse, intentional damage, or manipulated photos. Repeated abuse of warranty benefits may lead to account restrictions.
